This session describes the decision-making process and relevant statutory responsibilities in relation to eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare and the procedure to follow where an individual or their representative wishes to request a review of the eligibility decision.

This session follows on from the Multidisciplinary assessment and completion of the decision support tool session.
